Title

PHILIP DUROSEAU

I have been a Ceramic Artist in Albuquerque for nearly 7 years . I first studied at the famed Mudfish Pottery here in Albuquerque where I apprenticed under Mr. Lou D’Amico. For 3 years I studied mainly tableware pottery and vase-work with a firm concentration on repetition. I later opened up to portrait-work and currently show samples of that work here on AbqArtReview. I continue realist and abstract portrait in my working studio.

I recently absorbed a teaching position at the African American Performing Art Center and currently work with the Charlie Morrisey Education Center teaching K-5 Elementary Students the fundamentals of clay concerning general clay approaches.

I am working on my Art Education/Fine Arts Degree at CNM and later, the University of New Mexico. I aspire to teach clay professionally and eventually earn my Masters Degree in Education/Teaching:)

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
